We collect information you provide directly: name, email, workout data, bodyweight, progress photos, goals, and training preferences. We also collect usage data to improve the service.
Your data is used to: provide the training platform, generate AI plans, show your progress, enable coach-client communication, and process payments. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data is stored on Supabase (hosted in Australia, ap-southeast-2). Progress photos are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets with signed URLs. Payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store card details.
When you use AI plan generation, your training data is sent to OpenAI (via OpenRouter) to generate personalised plans. This data is not stored by the AI provider beyond processing the request.
If you are assigned to a coach, they can view your workout logs, goals, progress photos, body metrics, and messages. Coaches cannot access other clients' data.
You can export your workout data as CSV from the Settings page. To delete your account and all associated data, contact support@stride-app.com.
We use essential cookies for authentication. We use localStorage for theme preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
